Festlegung des virtuellen Initiierungsfahrzeugs. Das erste dem Fahrzeugprojekt entsprechende virtuelle Fahrzeug. Weiterhin wird diese Baustufe benutzt, um die Detailkonstruktion zu beginnen, die für das Virtual Concept Vehicle benötigt wird.
