Nach ISO/IEC 15504-1:2004 ist Assessment eine formalisierte und standardisierte Bewertung von Prozessen einer Organisationseinheit gegen ein Vergleichsmodell (Prozess Referenz Modell). Die Erfahrung des Assessors fließt situationsbezogen bei der Bewertung ein.
Evaluation of processes
