Europäisches Komitee für Normung
Das Comité Européen de Normalisation ist das Europäische Komitee für Normung; es ist eine Normungsorganisation auf europäischer Ebene.Daneben gibt es auf deutscher Ebene das Deutsche Institut für Normung, DIN und auf internationaler Ebene die Internationale Organisation für Normung, ISO (für nichtelektrotechnische Normen) und die Internationale Elektrotechnische Kommission, IEC (für elektrotechnische Normen).

The Comité Européen de Normalisation is the European Committee for Standardisation; it is a standardisation organisation on the European level; there is also the German Institute for Standardisation, DIN on the German level and on the international level the International Organisation for Standardisation, ISO (for non-electrical standards) and the International Electrotechnical Commission, IEC (for electrical standards).
