Zerlegung eines Systems in seine Teilfunktionen
von lateinisch `decompositio´ (übersetzt: `Zerlegung´) steht technisch gesehen für die Zerlegung eines Systems in seine Teilfunktionen oder einer komplexen Struktur in ihre einfacheren Strukturteile.Im Bereich der ISO 26262 ist die `ASIL Dekomposition´ eine Maßnahme der ASIL-Reduzierung, welche angewendet werden kann auf die funktionalen, technischen hardware- oder software-mäßigen Sicherheitsanforderungen eines Teils oder Systems.In der ISO 26262 legt Teil 9 (Requirements decomposition with respect to ASIL tailoring) die Anforderungen fest für ASIL- (Automotive Safety Integrity Level) orientierte und Sicherheits-Analysen, einschließlich der folgenden:
- - Zerlegung der Anforderungen in Bezug auf die ASIL-Reduzierung
- - Kriterien für die Koexistenz von Elementen
- - Analyse von abhängigen Ausfällen und - Sicherheitsanalysen.

Decomposition of a system into its partial functions
"from Latin 'decompositio' (translated: 'decomposition') technically stands for the decomposition of a system into its sub-functions or a complex structure into its simpler structural parts.In the area of ISO 26262, 'ASIL decomposition' is a measure of ASIL reduction which can be applied to the functional, technical hardware or software safety requirements of a part or system.In ISO 26262, Part 9 (Requirements decomposition with respect to ASIL tailoring) specifies the requirements for ASIL (Automotive Safety Integrity Level) oriented and safety analyses, including the following:
- - decomposition of requirements with respect to ASIL reduction
- - criteria for coexistence of elements
- - analysis of dependent failures and - safety analyses.
