"i-Q" ist seit Juni 2010 eingetragene Wort-Bildmarke und steht für "innovatives QM".„Qualität wird konstruiert und nicht in der Produktion erprüft!“ ist das Motto des seit 1998 bestehenden Trainings- und Beratungsunternehmens im Bereich des Qualitätsmanagements (Schwerpunkt Automotive und Automobilzulieferbereich) - bis Februar 2014 noch unter "i-Q Schacht & Partner Qualitätskonstruktion" und seitdem als i-Q Schacht & Kollegen Qualitätskonstruktion GmbH.Das Motto bedeutet, mit hoher Qualität und Kreativität und dadurch auch mit Erfolg zu arbeiten und sich dabei immer neue Standards zu setzen: qualitativ und im Umgang mit Kunden und Mitarbeitern. Diese Ziele als Leitlinien bestimmen das gesamte Denken und Handeln aller Mitarbeiter im Team, die davon nicht nur von berufswegen überzeugt sind.

"Quality is designed and not tested in production" is the motto of the training and consulting company in the field of quality management (focus on automotive and automotive supplier sector), which has been in existence since 1998 - until February 2014 still under "i-Q Schacht & Partner Qualitätskonstruktion" and since then as i-Q Schacht & Kollegen Qualitätskonstruktion GmbH. The motto means to work with high quality and creativity and therefore also with success and to set new standards: qualitatively and in dealing with customers and employees. These goals as guidelines determine the entire thinking and acting of all employees in the team, who are not only convinced of this by career paths.
