Prozess zur Beurteilung (Bemusterung) und Freigabe von Serienteilen für die Produktion. Richtlinie mit Bemusterungsvorgaben für angelieferte Teile in der Produktion. Diese Richtlinie gilt gleichfalls für im Hause gefertigte Teile. Teile, die diesen Prozess erfolgreich durchlaufen haben, sind für die Produktion freigegeben. Diese Beurteilung umfasst 18 verschiedene Punkte / Dokumente / Prozesse, die im Maximalfall abgearbeitet und dokumentiert werden müssen. Wichtig ist dabei die Absprache mit dem jeweiligen Kunden!
Production Part Approval Process
Process for the assessment (sampling) and release of serial parts for production. Guideline with sampling specifications for delivered parts in production. This guideline also applies to parts manufactured in-house. Parts that have successfully passed this process are released for production. This assessment comprises 18 different points / documents / processes, which must be worked through and documented in the maximum case. The agreement with the respective customer is important!
